I’m Noelle Hagan and I want to represent your interests at the State Capitol.  For the past 15 months, I’ve traveled the length and breadth of the six counties of House District 58 talking to people.  I’ve heard about your struggles to get decent health care, your concern over the rising costs of almost everything, and your hopes for the future. My travels have reinforced my belief that the people of Western Colorado are the best—hardworking, compassionate and creative.
